Job Description: This position provides the maintenance of jobsites during construction and support to supervisors as needed. This is a full time position that offers opportunity for advancement.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean & Organize jobsites.
  • Assist with material deliveries.
  • Setting up and tearing down temporary structures, floor protection, etc.
  • Installing and removing safety railings.
  • Coordinating temp heater installations.
  • Help carpenters or other skilled labor when necessary.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Input information into daily project logs(online/app based) when needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid Drivers license and vehicle.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Ability to do physical labor and strenuous work.
  • Work in any condition including cold, hot and rainy weather.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.

Pay: Commensurate with experience.

Job Description: Project Manager provides management oversight for all phases of the project, including coordinating workers, material, equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The individual will directly interact with Owners, Office Personnel, Subcontractors and Suppliers on and off the project site. Project Manager will report to Senior Project Manager. Onboarding will consist of meeting with the Senior Project Manager once per week for 6 months for training until proficient in the Gordon James process.
