Job Description: This position provides the maintenance of jobsites during construction and support to supervisors as needed. This is a full time position that offers opportunity for advancement.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean & Organize jobsites.
• Assist with material deliveries.
• Setting up and tearing down temporary structures, floor protection, etc.
• Installing and removing safety railings.
• Coordinating temp heater installations.
• Help carpenters or other skilled labor when necessary.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Input information into daily project logs(online/app based) when needed.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers license and vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to do physical labor and strenuous work.
• Work in any condition including cold, hot and rainy weather.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Pay: Commensurate with experience.
